Feel good sci-fi never felt so good
I listened to other sci-fi books before, but this series is the warmest one yet. I love the comradely and kindness the characters show each other. And the fact that it's all completely clean amazes me. The technologies aren't so far fetched like other books, so it's more believable.
The narration can be a bit hard to understand sometimes with the good ol' western accent, but I got used to it after a couple hours, and love the soothing audio which matches the calming tone of the book and the characters.
10/10 would recommend.

Good story
I’m really enjoying this series, good plot, plenty of fun, and unlike most sci-fi doesn’t take itself seriously and ruin the suspension of disbelief with overly complicated explanations of how everything works. Looking forward to continuing with pack 2.

Light and witty
This is a fun little series. In some ways it reminds me of the daytime series (The young and the restless, As the world turns….etc) I really enjoy the characters. LOVE the very clever “good ole boys“ vibe and the kick butt female characters

hell'uv'a ride
love the pop culture references. I feel like Bob is a blue collar friend of mine. like my buddy from grade school. I can't wait to hear the rest of the books. I'm up to publishers pack 3 and hate to see the time counting down to 0. this is the series for you if you like 20th century references mild combat and a whole slew of hilarious characters that will make you laugh till you cry.

Cute story at the beginning… then became goody two shoe romance with no action, adventure or advancement. Made it a little more than halfway until the … I said, he said, she said… said said said… just drive me nuts and I could no longer ignore. Good luck and good bye bob and Nikki, I said ….
