Actionable steps!
The stories are great & always lead to several helpful, actionable steps or tips. There are tons of free downloads on her website that go along with the book, which have been very helpful in implementing the advice given. I'd definitely recommend this book if you're new to commercial real estate & intrested in leasing.

Invest in yourself.
Do yourself a favor and listen to someone who has more experience than you have probably been alive. She shares her experience first hand, tells you how to live and go about business, and better yet gives more insight to this industry than I could've hoped for. A great kickstart to my career in CRE.
