Wow! What a great book.

This book captured my attention from the start. This personal story provides the main structure of this easy to understand book. I have read multiple articles on Keto and other diet topics that were nearly impossible to understand. This book breaks it down so you can make the lifestyle change easily. Love this book!

After finding Dr Boz on YouTube I had to have the book. I'm so glad she read it herself. She adds so much to the learning process with her obvious passion.

Skip the Facebook groups! Read this instead!

There is a ton of misinformation out there on Facebook groups regarding the ketogenic diet. This is the resource I've been waiting for! A real doctor who has read the materials and the research and understands the chemistry. I've been doing keto since 2017 and I have read case studies and clinical trials and Google scholar documents to try and understand the chemistry behind the keto diet. This is the one book that puts a face on the keto diet and walks you through a story of fighting cancer. Highly recommended for anyone and everyone!

This is a heart-warming story of a daughter's love for her mother and also a practical to a low carb way of life. I practice this every day and wish I had of known all this information when my mother could have used it. I highly recommend this book to everyone!!!
