Very good advice!
My goal is to lose weight, after listening to this audiobook I feel like this definitely is the way to go! The author explained exactly why the Alkaline Diet is optimal for losing weight while also staying healthy. Some diets feel a bit extreme to me but this one is very balanced, highly recommend this book :)

Extraordinary book!
Very interesting read, I had not heard about the "alkaline diet" before this book, but after reading the description I became very interested. After listening to this, I find the idea of it quite different to other diets around right now. For those that don't know the alkaline diets main focus is getting the pH of your blood to its right levels, balanced or even slightly alkaline. Most of our food today is acidic which according to the author and multiple other sources leads to illnesses(which includes obesity). Will definitely try this out!

Great read!
Forget all about fad diet trends and stupid instagram tea drinks, this is actually the real deal. Read this book and have tried the diet, and let me tell you it works! Really good narration and easy to listen to, so I would recommend it for anyone!

Will have to listen to it again
This is the first book I’ve read/listened to by this author. I found the book quite interesting and learned some interesting information to take into consideration. I am not a person who needs to lose weight nor have I ever restricted myself to any certain food categories. I do my best to eat healthy and find this book had some interesting recommendations and health facts.
This is the first book I’ve listened to by this narrator ( Brandon Sukhu) and I think he did well with this content. He narrates more like he’s talking to the listener than reading to the listener.
