The performance
I really love the narrators. They make books when the books aren’t all story. I loved the story though. My hubby was a truck driver. I miss him. I loved going with him on runs. We never killed anyone but, we had been known to mess around a lil’ bit. He’s been gone 2 years now. I can still feel the wind in my hair as we trucked on down the road. Anyway, great performance, maybe no killing except the bad ones. Spicy and again, the narrators sold it.

This was a good book. The male reader's performance was AMAZING. He was exceptionally talented and did a fantastic job portraying two different personalities in a single character. Lauren Biel's books usually don't negatively affect me. HOWEVER, there were a few chapters in this book I had to skip, for example, the bathroom chapter. This is why it's crucial to pay attention to the trigger warnings in this book. They are there to prepare you for potentially difficult content. Otherwise, it was a really good read.
