Captivating Book - kept wanting more!
This book was extremely well done. Every chapter was another great piece of advice that I could instantly add to my daily routine and, as someone who loves health, I really enjoyed the research sited throughout the book. I already love walking but now have even more fun ways to do it, and more things to think about while walking! Loved this book!

Inspiring read

Great fun and great science!
