Just finished my 4th listen of this audio book!

Each time I have re-listened I have learned something new. Victoria suggests you revisit the book and she's spot on about how much more you gain with each revisit. Her writing is concise and inspiring. I have recommended and/or gifted this book to most of my closest friends. So good! Just get it :)

The missing piece of mindset work

I have been studying about mindset work for over 20 years. There always seemed to be a missing piece. Even when I figured out it was around emotions (feeling your feelings, whatever that meant), it seemed like everyone that explained it was on their way to teach yoga. It felt Zen, surreal and unapproachable for me. Victoria explained it to my left brain, business self so I finally got it. I bought this on Kindle and Audible. I am on my way through it the 3rd time. So much clarity.

Life changing book

I love the insight offered by the author that’s different from other coaches and other self-help books. I listened to the book 3 times and re-listened to some chapters many times before signing up to work directly with Victoria! High recommend! Hope it will change your life too ❤️

Helped me connect the dots

This book was full of key learnings and insights for me. Victoria puts into words what I've intuitively known to be true in my life and helps provide tools and solutions for anyone who may be feeling stuck. I enjoyed the author's narration, and the book allowed me to connect the dots and draw conclusions about my own patters of behavior and how they show up in my life. My takeaways were hugely beneficial and helped me identify and evaluate limiting beliefs in my life. I've already listed to the book twice and look forward to what I'll learn from my third listen.

Life Bible

I have listened to Victoria Song reading her incredibly insightful and clever book Bending Reality twice now but it will be my “Life Bible” from here on. Her simple but result-oriented methods are easy to apply and makes so much sense instead of being lectured at like many other self-improvement books. i am cured after listening to this book and i no longer have a need for another book in this category. Ever.

I have the book and also enjoy being able to listen to the Audible. It’s powerful to hear Victoria read her book in real time. This should be required reading for anyone interested in personal development and reaching their potential. Victoria presents insight after insight and provides exercises and resources to help you practice and implement the concepts into your life. She is able to make heady concepts digestible and actionable, which is of course where the magic and change actually happens.
