Perfect Daily Boost for Mindset and Motivation!

This audiobook has been a great way to start my mornings! It only takes a few minutes, but the guided affirmations and prompts really help me focus on what I want to manifest in my life. A quick way to get into the field of creation

As we learn more and more about the law of attraction, we understand that we must get into that space of creation–the mental and emotional planes to spiral our energy via thought and emotion to collapse waves (photons) into particles (matter) and bring about our desires into three dimensional reality. And it need not take long, as Emery Pace Archer (author and narrator) has excellently displayed here. In fact, she recommends even just 5 minutes daily! The 432hz music contains with the audio is the exact frequency to get on the wave-collapsing frequecny, and my fave part of the book, and something I think is so left out of so much manifesting material, is that it encourages the listener to dissolve old belief patterns holding them back. You can only attract what you’re vibrating at, and your beliefs are thoughts, which are vibrations. There’s lots of subconscious work to be done to undo this old programming but once this stuff is cleared, 5 mins a day is all you really need to set powerful intentions! This is a super inspiring and helpful addition to the great manifesting titles out there.

I love the meditations and mantras!

I am such a huge believer in both manifestation and meditation and I absolutely love how the author laid out the guided meditations with each of the 21 days there is a new mantra with ambient music to go along with it. I had intended to listen to it daily, but once it got rolling, I didn't want to stop! So I listened to the whole thing during my work day, and although it was not my main focus, each time a new mediation began, I honed in on the mantra, and I gotta say - my work day went really well that day and I look forward to relistening to each day in a more focused sense.

Plesant, Empowering, Refreshing

This is a great book for moving forward toward one's goals and dreams. The narrator's voice is very pleasant and relaxing. The music is refreshing and enjoyable to listen to, as well as peace-giving. I found myself just being able to chill and let my greatest aspirations and dreams become my focus for a few minutes at a time. The book is very practical in establishing 21 days as the period of the short affirmation for this is in line with the latest brain science regarding periods of time required for the brain to be rid of false beliefs and to embrace the new. There is also a nice bonus affirmation at the end. I highly recommend this book for anyone and especially women wanting to replace limiting beliefs with freeing ones. It is made easier by the fact that the changes can be effected through just 5 minutes a day.

AWESOME!
