Exciting and accessible ideas!

Some really compelling ideas and research. I love how accessible the knowledge and outlined practices are for the lay reader. I'm excited to do more research and try out the training.

Insightful and straightforward

The book is very insightful. It has a lot of scientific backing not too complicated to follow, however the narration is terrible. There are points in the book where the narrator did not know how to inflect words properly, and therefore they seem like different words. Once you get used to the strange narrator, the book is quite good.

Breathing for life

great book if you really want to get into breathing exercises good health and just general well-being. He has stun the scientific community and believe it or not it's just a simple method for him. Best of luck Wim thanks for sharing.

Inspiring

Great story of the benefits to breath work and cold training. This has inspired me to meditate more consistently. I am also now encouraged to cold train as part of healthy living.

Adequate Beginners Guide

I think this serves its purpose as an introduction to the WHM and I can see it really inspiring people to try it for the first time and getting them pumped up but may not be as useful if you are already a practitioner. The narration is pretty clumsy and seems as those it was done in one go when certain slip ups should have been re-recorded.
