Truly an amazing book with amazing narration ! A true professional approach , and narrated it almost feels like a therapy session where the therapist explains what happens in your mind and emotions . Genuinely couldn’t get enough of it , breakthroughs happen every other chapter . I also love that the author encourages actually getting professional help that’s specific to the person but just shows you where the patterns are not good and gives exercises that help shift those . The exercises are not cheesy and very doable and they WORK ! I’m gonna give this book multiple listens after this first one .. highly encourage anxious people and people who have heavy internal lives to listen to this ! It’s The ONe book you need to listen to !

It’s very rare that I stumble across something as helpful as this. This really hit home for me. I will listen to this several more times to be sure I get everything from it and will be recommending to friends and family. A lot is packed into this and it’s explained in a very clear way. This resonated so much for me in all areas of my life and has made caused me to feel a lot less alone in my struggles and gives me hope that I can overcome these things after all. I am so impressed with this… don’t even have words to really describe how amazing it is.
