A very nice guide, a book is need of everyone.

Every available point is great, fabulous book.
I have gone through the whole book. It is a little easy to keep listening rather keep reading. The whole thing appears to run together and its flowing calmly too. The information is upright though and I will share my more experience as I’ll keep practicing the reiki.

Reiki for seekers, a top book.
Jen Solis has put all the fundamentals of Reiki in this fabulous audible. This book has everything a seeker would need. The Reiki symbols explained briefly in this book. This is not the way Old-style Reiki is trained but it is an operative way.

A comprehensive audible on reiki.
I love following this author that he does a nice thorough job, Solis fits the bill. Certainly one that I will listen numerous times and recommend to others and let them choose any other if get better. Superb exercises, proposals, and mentoring all over - an overall win.

Excellent read for me.
This book gives you the background to gain mindfulness in your life. It provides step by step features as to how it can be obtained. The author may remember as the ditzy blonde in movies but she is one intelligent lady who wants the best for her family and others. This is a very insightful read.
