not a "How To" if that's what you're looking for.
when I read the previous reviews, I really thought this would be full of applicable information, it is not. The book claims. to be full of "tools" that I could give credit too if it offered any information on how to use the tools she talks about. I don't. If you're looking for something to tell you how to get started, this ain't it.

I was recently told that I am an empath. I was not sure what that meant. I identified with the descriptions given here. Now I know why I become overwhelmed in large crowds and become overwhelmed by emotions.
