Basic guide
Thank goodness I found this book because there is so much convoluted information around here, I just needed something to get myself going. This is the perfect guide for complete novices in Rental property management. You will learn a lot about the Real Estate market from this guidebook.
An important book that anyone who's serious about investing needs to read. We've even given a few as gifts. I consider the quality of this book to be quite comprehensive if you want to understand the basic principles of Real Estate investment. It will describe everything you need to start investing in.

This book is more of an investment book, some property management, the title is misleading. It’s an okay book. The PDF does not open to give you his calculator, 404 server code not existing. The email he provides does not work as well.

Nice book
It's simple to digest and loaded with important information about investing in stocks. The book is quite well written, and I recommend it to people who still have zero or little understanding of the financial market. A helpful book that anyone who is interested in investing needs to read. I've already given this book a few times as gifts. I consider the content of this book to be very comprehensive if you want to understand the fundamentals of Real Estate investment.
This book describes what you need to invest money in. I'm sure I'm going to endorse this book to friends and family. Happy listening! I have to recommend this book.
