Great info

I had a friend who had rental property investments and I've always been hesitant about looking into it. But after listening to this audiobook I feel better about the entire process. The author does an excellent job at explaining the differences between rental properties. There's a good section on things to avoid as well. The narrator is okay but comes across as an announcer more than a storyteller but that doesn't detract from the content.
Overall this is a good audiobook for anyone interested in rental investing and is worthy of your time investment.

Straightforward and Informative

This is a great book for anyone interested in getting into building passive income through real estate.
The information given is direct and simple.
Even so, it's a lot of information to download all at once.
For newbies, the material deserves to be listened to more than once.
Real estate is the key to true wealth and financial freedom, and this book is a great start on that path.
I'm learning to invest in apartments, office spaces and shopping centers.
Once you know the fundamentals, then you can build a residual income machine that over time will take care of your bills, your family, your retirement, your vacations and still have capital to build up investments.
