Worthy methods

I really like this method of learning to eat healthier by not depriving myself. I lost a lot of weight thru dieting in the past but gained it all back when I stopped counting calories and then went thru a very stressful time in my life.

ITS A LIFE CHANGER

This is definitely not a diet audiobook! Having been a long time follower of James and his JSA, I can categorically say this audiobook is everything and more than what I expected. Couldn’t put it down and I only got it this morning!!

Full of informations

Overall, I most highly recommend this audiobook, and this method. It is very much based on common sense, and we all know that dieting doesn't work in the long run, anyway.

I had stopped listening to my body

I used to ask my self “how much food should I be eating” and never know. With all the different diets - slimming world “eat as much speed food but stick to your healthy extras”, paleo “eat as much fat as you want just not man made”, I went to see a nutritionist “give up diary” but no one seemed to understand I just didn’t know when to eat and when not and only when listening this audiobook did it all come back to me. Our bodies are amazing, let’s stop being part of the billion pound marketing campaign that makes them richer and us poorer and not just financially but mentally, let’s listen to our bodies and be confident in doing so.

Must listen! Life changing!!!!!

Truly life changing, start with simple changes and slowly add more. Simple as blueberry banana coconut water smoothies can reverse a lot of damage, later add the barley grass juice powder, dulce, and Hawaiian spirolina! My fatigue is nearly gone after 2 months of this smoothie once a day!

Splendid audiobook

I listen the intro and last two chapter of this audiobook, i did this in purpose because its one of those audiobooks where i know i will get back to it over and over to learn and better absorb the knowledge

Good tricks

So I feel like I'm on a good track because this will help me to feel better and that's what I want now more than to lose weight: I want to feel healthy.
