Really enjoyed listening to this.

I order self-help books often but rarely finish them. This one had such good, practical advice and was broken into bite-size bits of information so I wasn't left feeling overwhelmed and hopeless. Definitely recommend.

Personalize my weight loss journey.

Very captivating and puts things into perspective. I was hooked and listened at every opportunity. I was completely blown away by how simple things can really change your mindset. This audiobook just spits out facts and it was indeed very helpful for me! I doubt I will ever find anything similar. Definitely recommend it!

Practical, simple to follow.

This book seems to encourage you to build your own personal plan. This book will not be put back on the shelf with all the other new year's diet books I usually buy... it's totally different from those.

Finally a real plan for change!

Great audiobook! This approach removes the element of deprivation, shame, and fear often associated with other diet plans. Sound research and science, logical and entertaining, and I really agree with the concept of whole natural foods.

I enjoyed listening!

This is the first book I've listened to from this author. This one had such good, practical advice and was broken into bite-size bits of information so I wasn't left feeling overwhelmed. I’ve been on weight watchers for a few months now, and many of the techniques they encourage were in this book. I highly recommend it.

Useful book, interesting viewpoint.

I need to improve my health but was at a loss of how to do that without restrictive diets. I like that the author provides much more than what to eat or how to exercise. He delves into the emotional aspects of eating too much and eating junk food, which I found helpful.

Phenomenal book. Love it.

I needed to be aware of my body's cravings. I have certain cravings that have turned out to be an electrolyte deficit in my body. So work on my body with some lab tests if you can while you read this & take notes. & then you can have a plan of action. I have listened to 9 books & This is the best.

Changed my mind.

I need to improve my health but was at a loss of how to do that without restrictive diets, which I have no interest in doing again because it is mentally not good for you and they don’t work long term. But this book inspire me a lot.
