Great story

Liked story didn’t like female narration. So slow and deliberate speech. No one talks so slowly in real life. If not for male narration would not rate so high.

Faking it

I loved the book. I know it’s a great story when I get emotional and I’ve got tears rolling down my face. It’s going on my favorites file.

Wonderful

This is the first book that I have listened to by this author and I really enjoyed it. Yes the fake romance trope has been done before but there was something about these characters that made it feel fresh and exciting.

IT’S A CUTE, FUN, SWEET & SEXY ENEMIES to LOVERS

When it comes to romance, sometimes I’m in the mood for drama-filled and suspenseful.. sometimes it’s dark with chills.. sometimes it’s an unpredictable twisted paranormal.. and sometimes it’s a pretty predictable, light n easy, fun fake romance. And this very enjoyable ‘fake’ between neighbors Miles and Rose was all kinds of light and entertaining.

Neighbor 1. Miles.. an arrogant, handsome Billionaire Player who loves the ladies, likes to party, is a sworn bachelor and whose hot helicopter antics in the Company’s chopper got him in serious trouble with his Dad. Who is now threatening this helicopter Casanova with an ultimatum that involves loosing his inheritance if he doesn’t man up. Oh yeah, and he’s got an uptight annoying shrew living next door. Neighbor 2. Rose.. a career focussed, home loving cat owner with one friend and plenty of love to give but no-one to give it to. Oh yeah, and she’s got an annoying as hell, smart mouthed Don Juan living it up next door til all hours. And, in this delicious tale, Miles and Rose go from enemies who verbally snipe at each other in humorous barbed bickering.. to a fake six month partnership with an end-date.. to lovers who slowly open up, remove walls brick by stubborn painful brick and by finding each other’s better side. But, as their end-date looms, will either one be brave enough to take that leap of faith?

Worth a credit? Yes, a very entertaining dual POV romance that was deliciously brought to life by Samantha and Jason (..❤️ U J) whose combined arsenal of talents made this a very enjoyable audiobook.

another unusual romantic

the characters are sketched out. the story is intense and interesting but funny. the mom and dad are great.
