Whether or not this potential is realized depends on how effectively it is exploited.

Great book!

This book is consists of deep understanding what culture in the organisation means and what wider spectrum it includes. It is written on a way that is so joyful to read and one can truly easily make the connection with a daily life and not only in the organisations. Very well written and to the point.
