Why is Blue Russian?

Loved the book just as much as the first. But why does Blue have a Russian accent 🤣

Good when it could've been great

Good although was a little hard to get through, could be shorter. For as good as the filler details are I would've liked maybe a better consistency through out. This world, characters and plot are intriguing but I may have had higher expectations going into it.
