When members of the magical community start dropping into trances and a mysterious shining disk appears above Pinecroft Cove, Tamsyn has to fit all the puzzle pieces together before it’s too late. She just wishes someone had at least shown her the picture on the box.
One thing is for sure, all the modern troubles have a single source: A madwoman from a century ago, who also happens to be Tamsyn’s great-great grandmother. A trip to the past may be the only way to fix the present and restore balance to Pinecroft Cove.

Really enjoying this series
Nicole St Claire has created a wonderful alternate reality that I’d love to visit. The main character, Tamsyn Bassett is believable and quickly seems more as a friend rather than a character in a book.
Stephanie Murphy, as always, gave a stellar performance as she brought life to the story and gave each character their own distinct voice.
I highly recommend this book/audiobook to fans of paranormal cozy mysteries.
