Great Information - Very Listenable!!!
I thought this would be a brief digest on autophagy. I was mistaken. Karl Albert Muniz has taken what I now appreciate as a very extensive subject and presented it with clarify and context. I appreciate the work he has put into this, and it will reside in my shelf as a resource I will refer to in the future.

This is a very good informational resource on everything Autophagy. It very logically breaks down the process, effects and science behind Autophagy. It is the first resource I have found that basically covers everything concerning Metabolic Autophagy and in doing so ties it all together which makes it much easier to comprehend and provides a lot of insight into how the body uses, reacts and benefits from this process.

A lot of good information
I have very mixed feelings about this book. It is a good compendium of current literature and the author has done a good job of gathering a lot of facts. And the coverage of fasting physiology is comprehensive and super critical info.

Oh how I love a good, in-depth science
So much of this book I could not get my head wrapped around. Informative, well researched. The author actually walks the talk. Proper editing of the text would enable a five star rating.
