Such a great continuation of an amazing story. not many books make me abruptly laugh out loud as this series has. it is refreshing to have a steamy book series more aimed towards a male audience. I can't wait to listen to the next book!

But it does take Mike and a couple of the girls to somewhere cold and dangerous.
If you've read/listened to the first 2 books, you're definitely going to want to before reading this one. You won't be disappointed in the storyline and added characters. Plus, as you can see from the cover, there's a kitsune in this one.
Mike and the residents of the house are still having to clean up the mess that Elizabeth, the previous caretaker, left for them.
Great writing and narration.
I was gifted this book with the expectation of an honest review.
I'm liking this series more and more with each new book. Bring on book 4.
I give this book 8 out of 5 stars.

Ooh this book is spicy! Annabelle made me despise Emily, then feel rotten for that feeling!

Also, death is a right proper gentleman.

This is the third book in the series, and I'm fully invested into the story. I love the world that Annabelle Hawthorne has created. The only negative I'd give to this audiobook is that some of the female lines seem to get cut off before the sentence is done. I don't know if this was a recording issue or editing issue. Either way I still enjoyed the book and can't wait to read/hear more of the series.

The whole experience is amazing between the story and performance it's hard to not become invested. The plot keeps you drawn in with never a dull moment to be found. The unique blend of romance, mythology, lore, suspense and relatable references mesh very well. I laughed pretty hard more than a few times. Definitely worth taking the time to listen.

I've been following this writer since literotica and I'm so glad I've been able to see this world and these characters build.

Epic and Smutty is my new favorite genre!

The story is still great, but it's annoying that the original narrator was replaced.

New narrators are decent, but I've listened to the story for the first two books with someone else telling it. Some characters feel like they have different personalities now, and there are a few mistakes that are in this audio book, like repeating lines, mispronounced words and repeating the sentence, or a conversation that was cut in half.

The book is extremely interesting, but I'm not spending money on the first books twice just so the narrators are consistent through the story.
