Two years ago, the end began.
In 2036, a rapidly destabilizing climate culminated in a worldwide snowstorm that froze the entire planet. Billions are now dead due to starvation, disease, civil unrest, and the plummeting temperatures. What remains of humanity now live in small settlements or isolated makeshift villages, carving out miserable lives in this grim new reality.
Some, like Chris Weston, choose to travel among the vast winter wastelands between the bastions of civilization. the narration is tip top.
perhaps the best performance in this type of book I've ever heard. you can really sink your teeth into both the survival, and the action.

Survival
Well written and entertaining. Happy ending with a future in sight. No loss of sex scenes that borders extreme imagination.

Great Narration
I enjoyed the storyline and narration, but it became repetitive after a while, almost as if the author ran out of ideas or just wanted to finish the story.

I thought they did a great job with the wide range of voices and characters.
Great mix of story line and sex. I got the whole series and listened to it in about 3 days.

A whiny Forest Gump for your main protagonist is probably not a good idea
The writer is usually really good but this is clearly not her best work. I assume the author was under a lot of time restraints. I realize the trope requires that the main character not be the smartest guy in the world but this is the literary equivalent of reality television and not the good kind.

OMG! 😱
First of all, this box set is absolutely amazing! If you're a HaremLit fan, then this series is for you. I just binged the entire set. It was awesome. I don't want to give away the plot. What I will say is Five stars all around! I highly recommend it to anyone!
