Amazing book, highly recommend!
I find it such a unique and useful idea that there is a book about meditations for couples - especially in a world where people seem to magnify independence, separation - this book feels like a breath of fresh air that allows you to reconnect not only to yourself, but also to that sacred love together with your loved one. My favourite part? That the author is actually the one who is narrating, conducting the meditations. So much love to her and her work!

Amazing healing!
This is my first real attempt at using meditation in a meaningful way. I have often taken time out to relax and put on some soothing music, but I haven't really applied true meditation techniques before. I was amazed at the sense of healing these meditations gave me. Now I'm going to listen and apply them in my marriage. That is, we're going to listen together now. It's frankly a good thing that this is coming from a third party voice. Not sure if it was MY idea that it would be as effective. Thanks to the author in advance for healing my marriage.

A great way to strengthen your relationship
First off let me just say I love that the author narrated this herself! Her voice is so soothing and warm, it feels like you’re listening to a friend. You can feel her authenticity in the jokes she makes and the vulnerability she creates. I was intrigued but a bit skeptical about an audiobook specifically for couples. However, after almost 5 years of dating my partner, I wanted to explore new ways to fortify our bond and intimacy.
From the first guided meditation, I was blown away by how vulnerable yet safe this audiobook made me feel. The narrator's soothing voice created a safe space for my partner and I to openly express our deepest desires, fears, and aspirations for our relationship. We are laughing more now, feel so much more connected. I think the eye gazing and synced breathing was the most basic yet most profound one that we now practice regularly.
These meditations have been profoundly transformative for our emotional and physical intimacy. We're communicating better, appreciating each other more, and rediscovering the raw passion that initially sparked our love. Thank you for this gem!! Looking forward to more from this author!

A whole new way to approach Intimate relationships
I loved both the educational and meditative components of this book. I appreciate the focus on the richness and intimacy beyond the physical. Really delving into shared understanding and communication. It gives couples a chance to connect on a root chakra level. I think this can really help as a multi dimensional tool in the relationship tool box. The exercises are nicely recorder and organized in a way that really helps guide your journey together. Just a great opportunity to get together with my wife and seek a deeper connection.

Deeper Connection
These meditations are a great way to deepen your connection with your partner. I liked that the meditations were relatively short, mostly under 20 minutes. There are also meditations in the book that were helpful for me personally outside of my relationship, particularly the self-forgiveness meditation.

Good advice and great listen!
I found this to be a good companion to much of the study I've done on meditation, albeit with a stronger focus on the spicy side of life than what I usually read. A dour dose of mountain-top hermitage this is not! And, of course, that's the best part. The author's ideas are great, well-presented and organized, and her reading is both calming and captivating. Definitely worth a lust... whoops, I mean listen... with someone you love. Enjoy!
