    Hello and welcome to my planters, my fellow gardeners, autoimmune health creators, and maybe even CLUB-ers or Habiteers (what I lovingly call my tribe inside the CLUB). We are in the home stretch of this Belief Seed Series 🌱 and this is a BIG one. You may have years and decades of evidence stacked against you but I'm here to tell you that "You can do this." Whatever this is.

    Ok, I know I'm not supposed to have favorites...but I do. My favorite spoke of The Habit Hub is CONNECTION (don't tell the others) and my favorite Belief Seed to plant, nurture, and lead the way for others is Belief Seed 4 - "I deserve support." I also love "I get to have support" and "Support makes life easier, more powerful, more fun, and less frustrating." But that's just me, you'll have to pick yours after you listen to this episode.

    The sneaky seed of doubt is usually a flavor of “I should be able to do this on my own” or "I know what I need to do I just need to do it!" Ever had those thoughts cross your mind? If yes, you're human!

    How did I decide on these 3 options for your fill in the blank? Years of experience, my friend. Digging around in my own brain and my clients' reveal these recurring, sneaky seeds of doubt over and over. A false belief that you need more time, energy, and money than you currently have to learn how to follow through on what you want most is what blocks so many people. And it's to be expected...change is scary and your brain just wants to keep you safe.

    Welcome back to your Belief Seed Series 🌱 my fellow gardener. How did Belief Seed 1 go? Did you find a spot in your garden (aka mind) for "I can feel better" to go? Good. Now we're ready for it's cousin, Belief Seed 2 - "I can function better" too.

    What determines how our bodies function? It starts with our teeny tiny friends...our cells. They join together to make our tissues, organs, and systems. And while we may not be able to control everything happening in these complex homes of ours, we absolutely can control how we show up and what we give it to work with, to build from. Thoughts, foods, moves, rest, connections, and challenges. So let's keep our focus there.
