• Episode 08: Creating a Sacred Union
    Feb 16 2023

Sharing a ton of juicy tidbits, advice and perspectives from her experiences within relationships and two different marriages, Tiffanie is ultra-dedicated to creating what she calls “a sacred union” in her marriage with her husband Kacey as the highest priority in her daily life. With a handful of personal practices from within her own relationship, paired with ideas from experts like marriage therapists, and spilling open about the least romantic thing that she said to Kacey during their first few days of dating, Tiff shares resources to offer support to others in committed relationships that help us be self-aware and show up mindfully as our best selves in our closest relationships. She believes marriage is the ultimate refining process in life and that when we intentionally create sacred unions, we form beautiful partnerships that are gifts that keep giving, generationally, to our children and family lines and externally to our world where marriages around us are crumbling by the day.

  • Episode 7: Transcending Modern Day Motherhood
    Jan 26 2023
In today's episode we will be diving into all of the unspoken struggles about trying to thrive and “do it all” in modern day motherhood. Tiffanie deep dives into what women and mothers are experiencing with a world that is pouring messages onto them with ongoing demands and stimulation without any reacharge or time to process all of the bombardment which is creating a toxic cycle of burnout. Women are wondering “why are we not equipped and enough for our roles?” The women and mothers are facing daily discouragement with a relentless inner critic and being a part of a subconscious competition with other women as they try to tackle mile long lists of responsibilities and meeting needs for their families, when their own feminine needs are being neglected. With encouragement for each of us to put some thought into what is not working for us within this modern day rat race, Tiffanie shares that waking up to the madness of what is happening in our society may feel like an upstream swim, but she thinks its key to reclaiming what was always meant to be ours, starting with our own selves, our beliefs, our values and how we spend our time. When we can meet our own needs as women and give ourselves the gifts of rest, stillness, taking breaks, having deep and safe connections and sisterly friendships that can cheer us on, we can more fully dive into being regulated, healthy, stable women who are fit for the wild task of facing modern day motherhood from a transcended state of consciousness and intention and showing our children that we are willing to create a different culture where it will be safe and common for them to do the same.

  • Episode 6: Co-Creating Our Lives with a Limitless God
    Jan 11 2023

For most of us we have pretty deep attachments about what and who God is and we seem to put God into this box with limitations or favoritism of what he can do or who he can help. Growing up within the culture and beliefs of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Tiffanie shares how in recent years she has taken on new personal beliefs, transforming rigid beliefs about a judgement and checklist type of God into finding a miracle working God who is all about love, connection, consciousness and belonging and how this God is an external source, but also something internal within each of us. She shares that as we realize how connected we are to this limitless God within us, and we dismiss the rules we try to give God for how he can work in our lives, we understand with more assurance that we can ask for more co-created guided, abundant and assisted hand to fulfill our own potential and expansion within our lives.

  • Episode 4: Coming Home to Yourself
    Dec 30 2022
Trigger warning: A disclaimer that within this episode, topics of complex PTSD and abuse that Tiffanie underwent during her childhood are mentioned and briefly touched upon. Tiffanie shares about her own journey of self discovery and "coming home to herself" as a long, endurance race which began as a 16 year old teenager when she was taken in to live with a female mentor. She shares some of the behind the scenes of the processes for her podcast, life and business in hopes to remind you that in our instant gratifying society, many times the behind the scenes and processes of "becoming" with successful people, businesses or ideas are left out which is a disservice to the rest of us wondering how they got from point a to point b. "Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate, our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure." As all of us are on the journeys of trying to achieve and become our wildest hopes and dreams that we put on these vision boards, Tiff shares some tips that have been key in her own story of becoming, where stillness, healing, honesty with herself and self compassion were vital in being able to get comfortable with herself as a person. She believes that when all of the versions of who we are can be accepted and in alignment, the "what" that we are trying to accomplish seems to feel less forced and more in flow and we wake up to our own capacities and power. There is no greater feeling than feeling at home within your own being, all of the parts of you, and then moving forward with deep surety in your purpose from that place of alignment. Hope you enjoy! • Episode 2: Pushing through the Edges
    Dec 14 2022
In this weeks solo episode Tiffanie takes us along an all too familiar journey of pushing through her own edges, self doubt and fears that have come up as she fiercely pursues the things she feels undeniably called to in her own awakening. She shares that even within her beautifully abundant and incredible life, she feels she has lived many years occupying the passenger's seat where it felt like life or circumstances were happening to her. With a tuned up outlook on life, it's been made clear that we feel the most empowered when we can accept full accountability for where we are at in our own journeys and move over to the drivers seat, intentionally choosing where we put our energy and focus. In changing her own life, Tiffanie shares about some of the common obstacles that keep people from evolving. From judgement of self and fear of disconnect with the circles of friends she's always run with, Tiffanie makes the conscious decision to disconnect from identifying with the chapters of struggle from her past. Having known deep pain, trauma and lack in many different situations as she's grown up, Tiffanie can now look back with clarity seeing a pattern of focusing on the struggles within the human experience. Incorporating simple perspective shifts and understanding that everything, even the difficult things in our lives, happen for our best interest and they can be the things that propel us forward with growth, deepend empathy and self compassion. "Getting comfortable with being uncomfortable" on her own journey of becoming has been key in her opportunities for tremendous growth. Tiffanie shares about the journey of self discovery being relatable to having her two unmedicated home births where she got to push through the edges within labor and bringing human lives into the world. Pushing through the self doubt that arises in the stage of labor called "transition" has been strangely similar to pushing through our own inner criticism and fears as we change our habitual outlooks on life. Sometimes all we need as we work to build and create new ways of thinking and new ways of living is one person cheering us on who shows us that intentional living can be done and that we can put the inner fears and doubt on the backburner. Tiffanie shares excited belief in each of you as she comprehends how much our world needs your gifts. She pleads for you to take up space to step into your callings and talents and to embody a more healed, whole, aligned version of the beautiful person that you are.

  • Episode 1: Coming to Life
    Dec 7 2022
With a huge passion for connecting heart to heart with women, twenty nine year old Tiffanie Michele (Jensen) is coming back to life, feeling fueled with passion, ready to share her Sunshine-soul-magic that she's been refining for a lifetime. Growing up all too quickly throughout her childhood and being a nurturing caregiver, she's also been a lifelong student and seeker of whole-being-wellness, spirituality, self development and personal growth. Tiffanie's known far and wide for being gifted with having a strong sense of intuition, sharing wise insights, and understanding people at their very core, effortlessly. Tiff is no stranger to firsthand heartbreak and in this episode she takes us on the journey of understanding many different chapters of her life story. Having spent her teenage years living between two households with a family that was deeply wounded by the affects of a traumatic divorce, she became painfully aware that the divides and strains of growing up in this environment would prove to be useful later down the road in her future. Getting married as a 19 year old, her entire future came crumbling down when one day her marriage ended in a blindsiding divorce. Picking up the pieces of herself after experiencing her own gut-wrenching divorce, healing work, miracles and manifestation would bring Tiffanie to her soulmate as God gave her a second chance at love as she remarried her second husband Kacey, who was a father of three young children. Marrying a father entailed baptism by fire as she was self taught in navigating (step) parenting her three bonus kids. The next few years provided endless opportunities to extend a mothers love as Tiffanie brought her own three babies into their family, totaling 6 young children living under her care. In 2021 after having her most recent baby, Tiffanie had an awakening to the truth that she has so much more to offer to the world in addition to the many different roles she juggles gracefully with her family. She's been coming back to life after prioritizing her own well-being and attending some healing journeys and women's retreats to get reacquainted with her unique gifts and skill set as she steps into creating circles of sisterhood, inspiring them to fully embody their own sunshine. Tiffanie hopes for these episodes to be a place for her to share all of the loving wisdom she's acquired over her many different lives, to help those going through the thick of their challenges and to connect her community with other like minded individuals and guests on the show. After the last six years have entailed the burnout of motherhood with serving and sensing the needs of the people she loves most to the very depths, she's finally giving herself the love and care that she so freely has always showered onto those around her. She is ready to share her sunshine magic and reminds us that healing is possible and there is life and love to be found after even the most excruciating experiences. It's time to share, time to heal, time to pursue what you feel called to do, and Tiffanie answers the call, because she knows it's her time, and Sunshine, it's Your Time, too.
