In this podcast we aim to share our experience as nurses, and also two human beings striving to be healthy, happy, and the best versions of ourselves. Our goal is to simplify the fundamentals of health and wellbeing and provide individuals with a starting point from which they can grow on their health journey. We hope that through sharing our experience, others may find the courage to start or continue their own journeys.

The purpose of this diet was NOT to lose weight, but rather resolve a series of symptoms that we knew we could resolve with dietary changes. What makes this diet different, is that it not only helps you heal your gut, but it also helps you figure out WHAT foods exactly you are having reactions to.
