    In this episode we discuss our experience with The Free Diet, created by Dr. Tom Refrano. We decided to do an entire episode just on this diet alone, because we saw such drastic results. The purpose of this diet was NOT to lose weight, but rather resolve a series of symptoms that we knew we could resolve with dietary changes. What makes this diet different, is that it not only helps you heal your gut, but it also helps you figure out WHAT foods exactly you are having reactions to.
