HARD
I've heard about goals in the past, but never like this. This episode was amazing. I liked the story Mel gave about wanting to do a reinvention of her career as this is where I feel I'm at. I've created many vision boards of my dreams, but my goals have always been too lengthy as I was focused on my dreams rather than looking at the goals to get me to my dreams causing me to do nothing, but daydream and wish. My future self is waiting for me, and I can't wait to embrace him with open arms thanks to Mel.
