Katie Wrigley is a former guest on our show! Check out her first appearance on episode 399 of Boundless Body Radio!

Katie Wrigley is a Cognomovement Practitioner & Coach. Katie knows firsthand the life-changing impact of traumatic events and has transformed her experiences into a powerful tool to help you regain control of your life.

For 40 years, she battled anxiety, and into her adult years she also battled addiction, overworking, and stress stemming from childhood trauma. When she reached all of her career goals in her early 30s, she found herself feeling lost and diving more deeply into her addictions to escape.

Her lowest point came when she became disabled in 2018 due to crippling amounts of physical pain, with her health in disarray. Seeking change, Katie worked with two coaches, finding peace and joy through mindset work and psychedelic ceremonies.

Katie's journey showcases the power of holistic healing you can only get with a thorough mind/body system. With empathy, knowledge, and unwavering support, she is here to help you turn your challenges into triumphs.

  • A Journey with Cancer and Healing with a Carnivore Diet with Will Zeiner! 729
    Nov 8 2024

    Send us a text

Will Ziener is a retired United States Air Force Special Operations Veteran who always took pride in his physical fitness condition. However, as he aged and his health and fitness declined, he came to the conclusion that everybody just gets fat.

This conclusion didn’t necessarily stop him from trying to stay in shape, but he just accepted the fact that this is how it would be, and he then began to experience more serious health issues.

Will has come very highly recommended as a podcast guest from our good friend Hal Cranmer, the owner of A Paradise For Parents, which includes several assisted living homes in Phoenix, AZ.

Hal has been a fantastic returning guest on our show! Be sure to check out his first appearance on episode 415, his second appearance on episode 545, and his third appearance on episode 556, which was one of my favorite episodes of all-time, which features Eric Collett, and Hal’s former resident Melissa Lujan, who entered his facility with pretty severe dementia, and has since left, having reversed all of her mental health symptoms!

Will himself has found incredible success by implementing some of Hal’s favorite lifestyle interventions, including low-carb and carnivore diets.
