Sounded Promising

If weight seems to be one of those pesky things that sticks around no matter what you do, this could be the ticket. Its an interesting listen with a new technique hypnosis that seems promising. Time will tell if it works for me but its worth a shot!

Great book for losing weight

What makes this book exceptional in its use of hypnotherapy to achieve weight loss is that it is written by an actual hypnotherapist with clinical experience. It is an easily comprehended, often soothing narrative that takes the reader on a journey via visualization,, guided meditations and affirmations to achieve a connection between the conscious and unconscious mind. The result is a powerful methodology anyone can use to achieve their desired weight loss goals.

If you have tried other methods to lose weight and failed, I highly recommend this book.

As a busy 40-year-old mom, the battle of the bulge has been a lifelong war. I've tried every fad diet and workout craze under the sun, but nothing ever seemed to stick. That's why I was intrigued, albeit skeptical, when a friend recommended "Weight Loss Hypnosis Solution" by Michelle Munro.
Let's be real - the whole hypnosis thing sounds a little woo-woo. But Munro's book actually breaks down the science behind using hypnotherapy for weight loss in a super accessible way. I was impressed by how she seamlessly combines hypnosis scripts with affirmations, visualizations and even subliminal programming to get your conscious and subconscious minds aligned.
While I was a bit wary of the guided journeys at first, having them led by a pro hypnotherapist put me at ease. Munro's soothing voice made me feel like I was getting the benefits of an in-person session for a fraction of the cost. And boy, did those deep trances work wonders!
Not only did I start shedding pounds without white-knuckling it through another torturous diet, but the recordings helped me identify and let go of so many limiting beliefs and emotional baggage I'd been carrying around for years. I'm finally free from that nagging inner critic and able to make healthy choices from a place of self-love, not punishment.
Two months in, I've lost over 15 pounds and gained invaluable insights into my psyche. While the weight loss is fantastic, I'm most grateful for the mental and emotional breakthroughs. This book's holistic mind-body approach has been an absolute game-changer for me.

These hypnosis sessions are very relaxing and nicely done. Maybe in a way there's too much to listen to. but the quality is good.

This book provides the benefit of a professional..

My comfort level increased with the knowledge that the journeys were lead by a professional. I felt like I had the benefits of a professional for a fraction of the cost of a hypnotherapy session.

I also noticed that not just weight loss was addressed but also root causes of other issues surfaced and they could be dissolved.

The concept that 'results were more effective by synchronizing conscious and subconscious beliefs' is powerful.

Success for those who put in the effort

Very clear layout of the book which helps in understanding the process. Great description of the benefits of hypnotherapy including scientific facts. The narrator provided a clear and comforting atmosphere. Amazing relaxing techniques. I use it to help me destress, and relax at night before going to bed. Content is spot on for those trying to lose weight.

As with everything, this is not a one time evolution. It is an ongoing process that requires repetition as stated in the book. Don't expect magic to happen in one setting. This book is the most helpful if you utilize it regularly.

Relaxing way to gain an edge.

Many people, including myself, have struggled with weight loss. This hypnosis method seems very promising. I was worried it would cause anxiety, but it is actually the opposite. Its a very relaxing way to find your focus and definitely worth a listen,
