Eye-opening and Nurturing
The level of detail and realism in which characters, tendencies, and outcomes are described in this book is spine-tingling. The author speaks with unwavering knowledge and does not beat around the bush. This is a serious tale of a real life danger and affliction, and the author addresses it with the importance and urgency it deserves. The book does not sugar coat the threat. It hones in on it. Targets it! Trains you to spot it! And then! ...it offers advice. The plan of execution is brilliant! Very effective on its focus and mission. This is one of those books that anyone with a soul suffering from the afflictions of abuse should make a priority to listen. It is nurturing and comforting, but most importantly it is precise. Effectively read! Bravo!

Narcissism....
An interesting book discussing the arts, the how-tos, and ultimately the getting away and living after having lived with a narcissistic person or persons. A well-developed book to help anyone deal with the topic of escaping narcissism. Each chapter explains the topic fully and helps develops step-by-step plans on living afterward. Life is more important and too short for such people. The narrator did an excellent job of holding my attention.

Supported in your healing journey
It is a good book about self-health and confidence. It is true that everyone needs some confidence in themselves and as a matter of fact, everybody has a lot of potentials and possibilites. Just believe yourself and sometimes takes some risk. In addition, yoga and meditation are good means to calm down our nerves so we can get back to the field and perform the best of ourselves.This book covers a lot of topics that all of us survivors of abuse need to hear. RHP not only goes into the “How’s” but the “Why’s” & I love the practical steps that are laid out in order for you to become a healthier version of yourself after abuse. One of the best books covering narcissism and healing.
