I knew when I started this that was I going to be sad when it was over and I have to wait for the next book but I love the world this author has created and there was no way I could wait. This series feels very different for me from the other two. I was very surprised with how little excitement & death this book had and that makes me think the next book is going to be a blood bath lol. I liked getting to know the characters and definitely had a few that it took me while to like but I came around for most of them (there are a few I won't be sad when they are gone LOL). I liked that no one in this series is perfect, no one is a hero from the beginning and they all had/have a lot of growing to do to survive this new world. Now I will whine for a year until this next book comes out ;)

The narration was good, no one stood out more than the others for me, they all came together well.

A great long read

I have enjoyed other books by this author but found myself falling in love with this one. The characters are all unique and the addition of family turmoil during an apocalypse added to the emotions written in the pages. Even if you’re not a major zombie fan, it’s a great listen!!

I loved each character in their own way. Well except Ethan. But even so this was great! Please keep these coming!

Love these new characters

I love this new series and characters and can hardly wait for the next book. The audiobook is wonderul, of course and the voice actors are excellent.

I Have read many of her books and they all Relate to each other. For characters are well-thought-out And after a while you feel like you know them

It's a Winner

Loved this book and looking forward to enjoying the rest of the series. Only recommendation I would give is a little less cussing though given the situations I get it ... but would enjoy it even more with less cussing.
