So calming and soothing!

It gets me in deep relaxation and I drift right to sleep each time. The continuous breath works wonders. It helps me not to overthink as I’m falling asleep Thank you, thank you!

Great audible!

I have anxiety and have the hardest time putting my thoughts to rest and falling asleep so I wasn’t sure if this would work. But I just woke up from a full 9 hours of sleep! I’m in shock, I haven’t slept so much in months, thank you! ❤️

this was so effective

I actually like this audible. I’ve tried many other videos out but they don’t work as well. I’ve listened 2 nights in a row and each time I end up falling asleep 5-10 minutes after. Narrator's voice is relaxing and this technique works for me. Having to hold me breath and breathe more makes me focus only on my breath and his voice, making my mind forget my thoughts.

thank you so much for this wonderful

After long years suffering from sleeping problem, i finally beat my insomnia by listening to guide meditation like this or listening to relaxing rain sounds. It does really help to let go the storm in my head. If you're struggling with deep relaxation and letting go in your mind and body then keep going with deep meditations like this and it will become so much easier over time. Give your mind and body a chance to relax and let go
