Relaxing

I fell asleep listening 4 minutes in. I don’t know how that happened. However every time my mind started to wander off into my thought roller coaster the next “ding” brought it back to the sound.
… That was the fastest I’ve fallen asleep in a long while. I will try this again.

Someone playing too many forks

Listening to this short simple track is like listening to a wind chime! is one tone ends another picks up as if the wind was blowing across the forks! It's very clearing and very beautiful. It will put you to sleep! I'm glad to hear it make this 2 hours long the 7 minutes appears to be the exact time to have it!

Very calming

I listened to this audio book around four O'clock in the afternoon and it calmed me immediately. Added this to my favorites so I can listen to this audio book whenever needed. Nice work by Sara Auster.

Gently letting go

Sound Bath Meditation

Today was my first time trying a sound bath for my morning meditation and I really enjoyed it. For me personally, they are probably better suited for my sleep meditation, but very calming and soothing and a good way to start (or end) the day.
