Deep Sleep Here We Go

I felt that this book addresses the topic very well. The narrator's voice delivers the information with a soothing tone; it feels as if you are being guided by a personal coach . Each chapter is specifically tailored to provide a different benefit to you well being as you prepare to sleep and an explanation for each is clearly stated.
The choice of music provided in each chapter is different but all equally soothing. The length of the Theta Waves, is long enough to take from being awake into the sleeping stage.
I have put it into practice not just for sleeping but also as a way to relax and it really makes the difference. I recommend this book as a resource to help you chive mental health. I was glad to have come across it.

As a guy who's struggled endlessly with sleepless nights, I was amazed by how effective this audiobook is. Finally, a Good Night’s Sleep!

My sleep troubles have lasted for years until now when I found what I needed. Listening to the calming voice alongside background sounds enabled my racing thoughts to calm down and helped me fall asleep quicker than normal. I noticed that I woke up feeling fully rested after using it for several nights. This has become a regular part of my nighttime schedule which I now anticipate eagerly. People who can't easily turn off their brain at night should definitely test this method. This has been an enormous benefit for me and discovering it brought me great joy.

I’ve struggled with restless nights for years, so I’ve tried just about every sleep aid out there—meditations, white noise, even expensive sound machines. This audiobook is the first thing that has actually helped me fall asleep fast and stay asleep. It just works!

I have had trouble sleeping my whole life, and anything I find that eases the insomnia... I'm in! And this has been working for me beautifully. I admit, I don't completely understand the "theta wave" concept, but who cares if it helps calm down your mind enough to rest?
This is beautifully produced, and I think it's going to help a lot of people.
