About this listen

The number-one secret to success in sobriety that you won’t find anywhere else....

Are you tired of sifting through countless recovery platforms and treatment centers, only to find they all follow the same 12-step program? Are you sick and tired of constantly feeling like there is nothing you can do but sit back and watch as addiction takes its toll?

Whether you are personally struggling with addiction, or you know someone who is, bearing the weight of it all often becomes too much to bear. It’s a menacing and slow-moving plague that can get even the best of us.

But no matter how much darkness addiction might bring, there is hope.

As a matter of fact, there are more scientists, therapists, and counselors working in the field of addiction recovery now than ever before in human history. With this comes a plethora of new and valuable insight into how addiction functions as well as how it takes control of our minds, even against our better judgment and will.

And now, with a heightened focus on this new information, along with the right tools and techniques for survival, attaining and maintaining sobriety has never been so straightforward.

In The Weight of Addiction, you’ll discover:

  • The biology of human addiction, and what this means for your sobriety
  • The number-one thing you should never do when trying to become sober
  • How to successfully heal from the past and move forward with forgiveness
  • Why gratitude will save your life, and how to use it to your advantage
  • What a balanced lifestyle actually looks like, as well as how to build one for yourself
  • Why you shouldn’t focus too much on your career in early sobriety, and how this will help you find greater success in the long run
  • Groundbreaking insight into why relapse prevention plans are a horrible idea, and what you should be doing instead

And so much more.

This is not your typical approach to addiction recovery.

Removed from any religious construct and having nothing to do with the 12 steps or any of the current programs out there, you will be presented with something fresh and unique - an empowered outlook on building the life of your dreams.

No more questioning if this time around, it might actually work out for you.

No more wondering and feeling small or insignificant because the programs of your past have done nothing to help.

It’s time to take power back into your own hands and build the successful life you’ve always dreamed of for yourself.

If you’re ready to begin the first day of your brand-new life filled with success and freedom, then scroll up and buy now.

Something that I needed

Milton Harrison put a great audiobook together and this is something that I can use. I was a little hesitant at first but glad I listened as it had great advice for addiction which I have a few people that fall under this and I can relate better.

Informative and Relevant!

The book "The Weight of Addiction Transforming Activities & Habits" gives a guide to understand addiction and how one can be free totally. Addiction is a significant restriction of one's freedom I have had mine and recognising it was my first step to freedom. It weighs down. The books help one understand, and it s exposes one to how to be open and have an addiction as a past. You can alter your perspective, and the book is for everyone who is struggling with all types of addiction. It provides knowledge and tools to empower and remove the shackle of addiction. it gives activities to help and ways and techniques that are helpful
The good news the book brings is that it is possible to be free.

Cracking My Additions to The Internet

I am not an addict to substances such as alcohol or drugs, but I notice myself spending way too much time on my electronic devices, and I get anxious when I am without it. I do gradually realize this sort of behaviors come across as an addiction, and this book helps me reflect and find the root cause and how to transform these habits such as checking my cellphone 100 times a day. I am glad I listened to this book!
