many medical problems which had me on lots of medications. Read this little book and followed its advise. YOUR ARE WHAT YOU EAT. I am now off all my medication and feeling great. I do have a doctor who helps me monitor my health. All it took was changing my eating habits. This book will tell you everything you need to know when someone ask you why you became vegan.
