Not what I was looking for but still a good read definitely worth the time.

This is one of those books you’ll want to come back to again and again.

Loved it. Inspires deep thinking

There are some good points but then it’s all taken back by the authors liberal ideology. This should be titled “How to be a better liberal leaning attorney”, sad.

Liberal trash

Enjoyed this book a lot as a law student and will probably listen to it again because it’s packed with useful perspectives

The structure

The narrator is okay sometimes boring..The book it's not what I imagine maybe because I'm not a lawyer.

legal

In a sense just a primer, clear and concise for the size. Probably worth a second listen, I'm sure there is a lot more in here that went over my head. Would recommend.

Not bad

This book isn't just good for people in the legal progestin. It's also great for executive management.

great book. Not just good for legal scholars.

Spent a credit on what I thought was a book on arguing and how to better myself at it. Not the case.

Rip Off

I read a review that said if you were at least a 1L then this book would not contain anything you don't already know. the book is basic at best as it describes the basic way (without depth) that lawyers apply law. I mean it's like the author is explaining the IRAC method... the book would have been more useful if thr author worked in more practical applications of arguments, using logic etc... I really want my money back as most times the book sounds like babbling or spewing out basic and unapplied information or words... it's uninteresting... I kept listening for something that was applicable in a practical sense and it seems like all I kept discerning was an explanation of how IRAC is used...

Basic. disappointing
