Amazing guide not only for Focus
Only halfway through the book and found a lot of useful ideas on how to be more aware. The term "super consciousness" became one of the most important purposes of personal life.
As well a realisation of how to get up and start doing things begins not with going to the gym, eating better or so, but with mind and awareness... It starts in the head. this is the gym for your mind.
This book will mostly be appreciated by people who are on a kind of spiritual path. And can help everyone.

Amazing book!
This book is gold. I highly recommend this book as it teaches us more than focusing our awareness to archive everything we want in life.
Is the perfect book for everyone and in my opinion, it should be a “requirement” for everyone as a birth right :).
Frankly, to me this book is like a “bible” to the meaning of self-love and loving others.
