About this listen

Intermittent fasting is a quick way to drop weight if done correctly, however for long periods it can be dangerous. Early Christian monks, Christians, Buddhists, and followers of Islam have participated in intermittent fasting on a yearly basis. These religious people believe in this type of fasting to control their impulses. Brief periods of intermittent fasting allow the body to burn off excess calories utilizing stored foods as energy, thus causing waste to be expunged from the body. Yes, the body will poop, which is good, and it will remove any excess weight over time if done in short bursts. That is why this type of fasting can be beneficial to the body.

Not worth it

The narrator is one of the worst ones I've ever heard she sounds like someone who just learned how to read last year. Mispronouncing words and her intonation was crazy. In one part of the book instead of saying burn out she said burnt out! Awful. Don't waste your money. If it had a different narrator maybe it would be ok for the price but with the current narrator save yourself the money and the time. Content was so-so.
