Drinkers can order beer brewed with local yeast or infused with moondust. However, beer drinkers are also faced with uneven quality and misinformation about flavors. And the industry itself is suffering from growing pains, beset by problems such as unequal access to taps, skewed pricing, and sexism.

Great scientific guide about hops!
If you are looking to understand the science behind hops and how to use them in recipe formulation, this is the book for you. It covers which hops to use and elaborates on the “why” behind the timing if hop additions. Awesome book if you are already into home brewing and you are curious about IPA recipes.
Great if you have any biochemistry background as well.
