nice information
It’s easy to follow and make and simple. If your starting keto for the first time I would just recommend going easy on the coconut oil, bacon, and peanut butter. It’s not the best for your heart so trying getting your fats from other sources. This books has tons of recipes so it should be an issue. Good luck on your keto journey!
