This is a really great book to start the keto diet

This is a really great book to start the keto diet. There is a lot of information. What I like best are the grocery list and also meal plans. I highly recommend it for a beginner or someone who might not know where to begin with keto.

This is an amazing little audiobook!

I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to try to to low-carb or keto I’ve been doing keto for nearly a year and that i have plenty of books. This book is extremely nice it's straight to the purpose and provides you excellent recipes

This book has some delicious

This book has some delicious and super easy recipes in it. I returned the primary book I got because it didn’t have anything in it we liked- this book is amazing!! I’ve made about 15 things from it thus far and loved each one! Highly recommended!

Highly recommended

Everything I’ve made actually looks like the pictures! When you get the book, go ahead and mix up the spices and this will save you some time. The spice combinations are superb. The book is just great!!

I am mostly happy with this cookbook

If you're looking for a book that will help change your lifestyle and preconceived notions of what's right or wrong for your body and diet - I highly recommend this book! The author really dives into her experience, which really makes this book an asset, you feel less alone, like she's with you having a conversation. This book is an incredible resource guide to understanding more then the average health specialist or nutritionist will tell you!! Incredible! Highly recommended

Great Resource

If you are interested in taking on the Ketogenic diet then this book is for you! It is an all-in-one guide to this diet providing the reader with worksheets, food charts, and even recipes. So great and filled with useful info

I love this book, it's one among the few meal prep books that really taught me something new. i exploit tons of the recipes now. I also add or subtract things now supported my taste. I appreciate the authors gradual process toward moving to meal prep. Helps you are feeling less overwhelmed.
