Entertaining and made me think

I’ve known about my introvert status for a long time, but it was refreshing to hear others talk about it with such openness and kindness. I especially enjoyed the episode about parenting since I have an 11 year old whom I suspect might also be an introvert. My husband is extroverted and sometimes I don’t think he understands us! It was nice to have a reminder that being an introvert is normal and not something that needs to be “fixed.”

thankyou for this.

I really enjoyed this I felt everyone's stories and I am infact a total introvert. growing up I was put into situations where I had to be extroverted to survive. I am not that person anymore . I have embraced my true state which is introverted. created boundaries and keep them now. it's great to know you can be an introvert and still make changes. write books have success in all things.
