so refreshing.
Perfect book to begin my journey to self love, confidence building and self image repair.
Lots of great pointers and advice.
Today I woke up uninspired and lacked motivation due to work not going the way I had planned out (I'm in Real Estate) I decided to pick up some new books to help me shake out of the funk.
This book definitely helped lift my spirits and remind me that it is me that's self sabotaging myself and that I need to get out of my own head.
The narrators voice is very soothing and calming, she's witty and clever. I'll be sharing this book with my sisters and my teen daughter.

Lovely & The Most Helpful
I am beginning my journey to self love. This was the first book I saw on Google when googling “best self help books for dealing with insecurities”. I was a bit nervous and unsure, but when I say I’ve learned so much from Liv, it’s an understatement. She is so relatable and helpful. I felt like my closest friend was in my head and telling me the best ways to overcome my fears and how to love myself. Her tips and tricks are realistic and doable. I absolutely, 100%, recommend this book to anyone else that is beginning or has already begun their journey to self love!
