Helpful

So I am not a person who has a hard time saying no but I still found that this book helped me. While listening to this I did realize that there are times I say yes even when I don't want to. So even if you do know how to say know this is still a good book to listen to as you may realize that you do say yes when you don't want to. This book gives you tips on how to say know and how to do it in may different situations.

Should be required reading for grown ups...

I've read ALL of Sarah's books and have hosted her on my podcast. Getting a dose of Sarah Knight books should be a requirment for all adults! There is so much wisdom and honesty in Sarah's work and her story of leaving her 9 to 5 that was sucking the life out of her is beyond inspiring. And listening to her perform the books as well is just icing on the cake.

Good Stuff

I ordinarily stay away from female authors for they have a tendency to be (for me) too touchy-feely, too long-winded, use too many adjectives, etc. However, I appreciate this author's raw, straight-to-the-point style of writing, particularly her use of vulgar language, which makes it a down-to-earth experience. And yes, I am aware of the irony - the number of adjectives I used in this review, but it is a review.

Sarah is totally full of herself

No thanks. We all have enough assholes in our lives. No need to pay to listen to one.

I got about 40% of the way through the audio, and once this chick introduced her political views – well, time to pull the plug. I don’t care what you think, Sarah. The script was marginal enough until I got to that point, but that just pushed me over the edge. I don’t recommend this book.
