Easy to Follow and Helpful!
Being positive is a needed attitude one should have, and to be around positive people, the book gives a guide on how to master emotions and be a well-balanced person. Controlling one’s ego helps a lot with building a relationship with people around one. A good point in the book is realizing that there is an ego issue. Then dealing with it is just here in the book.
