Publisher's summary
Do you want to decrease your restlessness to gain more focus? Do you want to gain motivation by eating foods that help you control your emotions? Do you want to be confident inside and out, even with ADHD?
The gender gap reaches beyond the workplace: it also impacts medical diagnoses! While 13 percent of boys are diagnosed with ADHD, only 4.2 percent of girls are, and it’s not because girls don’t have it: It’s because we are misdiagnosed! To make matters worse, the older we get, the harder it is for medical professionals to diagnose and treat us properly. Often the only time a medical professional will notice it is if we have children who are diagnosed. By then, you’re used to living in the chaos of your home and brain!
In The Blueprint for Women with ADHD, you will discover:
- A surprisingly simple way to manage your emotions even if your prefrontal cortex is working against you.
- A detailed explanation of ADHD that will help you understand this disorder.
- The tempting habits that will help you get your physical space and brain decluttered.
- The key to commanding your time to live your best life.
- Your options on getting tested and treated by a medical professional.
- A heartwarming plan to ensure you don’t fall off your path.
- The guilt-free ingredients you need to cook with to manage your ADHD symptoms.
You can increase your confidence, stay focused, and find ways to motivate yourself even if you are a serial procrastinator with a chaotic house! If you want to learn simple habits to help you thrive with ADHD, scroll up and listen to this audiobook today!

It’s not just you. Stress levels are at an all-time high—so much so that a recently convened panel of medical experts in the US has recommended that all adults under the age of 65 be screened for anxiety. In How to Release Anxiety, Gabby Bernstein offers simple, actionable steps for feeling better, living with more ease, and showing up for those around us. Gabby’s unusual advice: Rather than manage your anxiety, what if you befriended it? Gabby posits that what we befriend, we can ultimately be at ease with. So she invites us to get curious.

Story
ADHD is one of the most common neurological disorders in the United States—yet a staggering 75 percent of girls and women remain undiagnosed. Due to the gender gap in medical research, which does not account for symptoms manifesting differently in women—leading to increased problems with anxiety, depression, working memory, sleep, energy, and concentration—many ADHD women are left to navigate a society that fails to understand their struggles and gifts.

The ADHD brain comes with some unique challenges, and until we recognize what they are, they will keep getting in our way. Starting new things, stopping others, concentrating, studying, getting stuff done, paying the bills, and getting on with life just seems so much harder for you than for others. That’s because it actually is, and it is time we faced up to this. ADHD brains are not wrong, weak, or broken–just different. And because the world is set up for neurotypical people, those with ADHD struggle to fit in with these systems which are not matched to them or their needs at all.

An exceptional blueprint
R.M Collective steps up to the plate and delivers a solid empowering shock to the world of ADHD sufferers.
The overriding paradigm in society seems to be that we must use something outside of ourselves (medication, etc) to alter our inner worlds.
When in fact, as the author so beautifully demonstrates, we can master the inverse; taking on our inner world to the point of self-mastery.
And believe it or not; it can be done.
This is a 3.5 hour long powerful array of potentially life changing strategies to combat ADHD, ranging from management of overwhelming feelings, a true understanding of the condition, mental space clearing methods, and so much more.
An invaluable listen to those who want to shift into a paradigm of giving oneself the greatest gift; self-help.

Helpful both as a person with ADHD and as a parent
Not only do I have ADHD, but where it is still early, I can see it in my daughter already, too. Knowing what I've gone through and that I've had to work extremely hard to make sure that I learned how to deal with these issues, It's tough working with a child and trying to get her to understand the amount of work that will be required to get her through it as well.
This book will be very helpful for anyone dealing with ADHD or developing new and improved strategies for helping someone else deal with ADHD. I'm definitely going to listen to this again and take notes on a few other things to try with my daughter. The words within this book will be extremely helpful.
I would highly recommend this book for anyone unsure about how to deal with ADHD or if you're having a hard time coming up with productive ways to get through having ADHD.

A Life-Changing Guide for Women with ADHD!
Where do I even begin with "The Blueprint for Women with ADHD"? This book has truly been a game-changer in my life, and I can't give it anything less than a resounding 5-star review. It's an incredibly insightful and empowering journey that every woman with ADHD should embark upon.
The author's understanding of the unique challenges and strengths that come with ADHD in women is remarkable. The way they've woven personal anecdotes, scientific research, and practical strategies into a seamless narrative is nothing short of brilliant. I was not only educated about the intricacies of ADHD but also felt seen and validated throughout the listening experience.
One of the standout features of this book is its holistic approach. It doesn't just focus on managing symptoms; it's about embracing and leveraging ADHD traits to lead a fulfilling life. The actionable steps and exercises provided are both practical and effective. They've given me a clear roadmap to navigate challenges and harness the incredible potential that comes with my ADHD.
"The Blueprint for Women with ADHD" is also incredibly well-organized. The chapters flow logically, building upon each other, and the writing style is engaging and relatable. I found myself nodding along and taking notes, as it felt like the author was speaking directly to me.
What truly sets this book apart is its emphasis on self-acceptance and self-compassion. Instead of viewing ADHD as a hindrance, the author encourages us to see it as a unique advantage. This shift in perspective has been transformative for me, and I'm sure it will be for countless other women as well.
In summary, "The Blueprint for Women with ADHD" is a gem that has positively impacted my life in ways I couldn't have imagined. It's a comprehensive guide, a source of comfort, and a beacon of hope all wrapped into one. If you're a woman with ADHD or if you care about someone who is, this book is an absolute must-listen. Prepare to be enlightened, empowered, and inspired to embrace your true potential.
