Good to have audio Russian stories in English

I hope we’ll see more stories like these. The title list is helpful . The narrator is easy to hear and pronounces words correctly.

Surprisingly fun

Excellent stories; excellent narration. Sometimes had to strain to hear, but that may be my ears.

Disappointing Narration

Tolstoy's stories are great, but Dobson's voice is strangely grating. Mediocre at best, sad to say.

Deep Russian stories

The 26 slaves, the drunkard story and the hermits were to me the best ones.

Disservice by narrator

Yes, even the best Russian stories can be ruined by a bad narrator. A false, forced gargle articulation combined with a rather strange prosody that has nothing to do with the story. Awfully hard to follow.
